How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We offer delivery 7 days a week 11-3 pm. Once your order have been received, we will contact your to set up a time, that works for you.
Is it possible to have my order delivered before 11 am or after 3 pm?
Yes, we can arrange for your order to be delivered before 11 am or after 3 pm. Please note that in addition to our standard delivery charge, there will be an extra fee of $2.50 per mile for the round trip from Brickell.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! we are excited to offer a one day air nationwide shipping for the following desserts ORDER NOW
Are your items vegan and gluten-free?
Absolutely! Every single product is vegan and gluten-free!
Do you offer sugar-free items?
We offer a monk fruit substitution for certain flavors. To customize your cake, inquire at care@kleansweets.com
How do I store my KLEAN SWEETS?
You can keep your desserts in the fridge for up to 7 days or store them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Returns, cancellations and refunds.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at care@kleansweets.com and we will make it right!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at care@kleansweets.com with photos of faulty/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
Cancellation of full size cakes, tarts and party boxes.
Once your order is confirmed, we can't accept cancellations of full size cakes, tarts and party boxes.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
