How about a vegan carrot cake that’s healthy? We incorporated all of the traditional flavours of carrot cake from fresh carrot to walnuts and cream cheese frosting.
But instead of regular carrot cakes that are baked and frosted with cream cheese, the base of this cake is made using only wholesome ingredients.
It has two layers of a sticky base and topped with a tangy dairy-free cheesecake made using cashews and coconut milk.

This cake is made by order and will come frozen. Simply take and place in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
Can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months or up to 7 days in the fridge. Please try to store below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit
